Manish Gorawala,
President/CEO
Manish Gorawala founded Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. in
December 2000. As CEO and CTO of the company, Manish is responsible
for guiding business strategy and vision.
Manish Gorawala has specializes Java technology since 1997. Manish
Gorawala has worked on projects for clients like American Airlines,
Merck Pharmaceuticals, Peco Energy, Towers Perrin, Dimension Data,
Computer Aid, Sungard Availability Services etc. using Java, J2EE,
XML, C++ and Oracle technologies.
Manish Gorawala has been consulting in IT for past 13+ years and
worked on numerous projects developing client-server, eCommerce,
and distributed web based applications using Java, J2EE, Oracle on various
platforms. His recent interests of work is in distributed systems
architect, Java Server side programming and working as a technical
architect on enterprise projects.
His experience covers a wide variety of industries, including
transportation, pharmaceuticals, utility, finance, Insurance and
others. Manish
has earned a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems
from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Project Management
degree from Penn State University.
Joe Minchillo, Manager Central Region
Joe Minchillo joined Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc., as
Manager, Central Region responsible for new client development and
service delivery with a focus on establishing lasting relationships by
leveraging the service offerings and capabilities of the company.
With over 15 years of IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation experience,
Joe has provided customized human capital and technology solutions to
companies large and small throughout North America. With a passion for
success and a wealth of sales, recruiting, and operations knowledge,
Joe has raised the bar for exceeding client expectations.
Prior to joining the management team of Tri-Force, Joe was a key
member of recognized companies spearheading organizational growth and
new market penetration. Many clients have realized Joe's ability to
assemble appropriate technical personnel or teams that deliver "A"
class customer service, time effectiveness, cost savings and overall
satisfaction.
Joe's experience covers a wide variety of industries, including
transportation, manufacturing, telecommunications, utility, retail,
and entertainment. Focusing on the client, being their advocate, and
acting in their best interest is the model for delivering a practical
practice methodology of right-fit, right-time and right-price to
improve productivity for his clients and their IT organizations.
