Every month in 2007 we have hit new milestones. Here are a few that
we are proud of:
* January 2007 - Tri-Force completed the outside management
consulting with Wharton School of Management Small Business
Development Center.
* February 2007 – Hired a full-time business development and
government accounts manager
Participated in Ben Franklin – Emerging Business Awards competition
* April 2007 – Certified MBE with State of Delaware.
* June 2007 - We were awarded Navy eSeaport prime contractor
award.
* July 2007 - Tri-Force received its certification as a
certified MBE with State of New Jersey.
* July/August 2007 – Tri-Force was selected in the final round
of Business Plan competition at Minority Business Development
Council, Enterprise Center in Philadelphia.
* August 2007 – Participated in Gold Coast Navy Event.
* Ranked 31st among Philadelphia 100 companies for the second
year in a row, and became a member with Philadelphia 100 Alumni
Association
* September 2007 – Tri-Force participated in MBDA 25th
anniversary event in Washington, D.C.
* October 2007 – GSA Schedule 70 awarded.
* Participated in Annual National Minority Supplier Development
Council Business Expo at Miami and PA-NJ-DE Minority Council
event in Atlantic City.
* Tri-Force was approved for the list of available firms to
provide IT Services to the Delaware Department of
Transportation.
* Tri-Force was approved for the list of available firms to
provide IT services staff augmentation contract for State of
Pennsylvania.
* November 2007 – Established a Vendor relationship with large
Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company under The Supplier Diversity
Vendor outreach program.
* Registered among 130 large Fortune 500 corporations across the
USA under the Minority supplier diversity program.
* December 2007 – Became a member with Smart Organization and
with Philadelphia 100 Alumni Association

sold it to Children Hospital of Philadelphia, NASA/Goddard

Client: A Battery Charger Controller Manufacturing company
Problem
Revamp the existing product lines based on PLC technologies
using Embedded technologies, building web based statistical
application to monitor the battery rooms ROI information
Tri-Force Solution
Tri-Force team of architecture and developers worked closely
with the SME's to facilitate the requirements for the new
product design and architecture. Developed the web based
application to supplement the product lines using cutting edge
J2EE technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, UML etc.
Client: A Large Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Company
Problem
Fixed the existing Contract Order Review application in use.
Requirement to develop a web based performance matrix
application to monitor the work orders performed by
supervisors/contractors across the manufacturing plant for
preventive maintenance or regular maintenance work.
Tri-Force Solution
Tri-Force helped them fixed the production issue with the
Contract Order Review application. Tri-Force team of
architecture and developers worked closely with the SME's to
facilitate the requirements and technical design for the
application. Currently developing the web based application to
supplement the product lines using cutting edge J2EE
technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Oracle 10g, UML etc.
Client: Large Utility Company in Alaska
Problem:
Requirement to develop an automated data migration solution to
transfer the data between postgres and oracle databases. Fix and
maintain the production level issues for battery room monitoring
system
Solution: Tri-Force development team developed the solution in
Java and XML and implemented it successfully.
Client: Open Source ePrescription and Mail Order based software
solution provider company
Problem:
Update the existing corporate website, provide the support for
Oracle database to the existing application. Developing web
services API so can provide the interface into the application
from the company's clients third party systems. Develop a web
based reporting application for custom reports for mail order
pharmacy operations.
Solution:
Tri-Force team was instrumental in upgrading the website with
new and professional look quickly. Tri-Force developed the web
services API solution using XFire Web service framework, and
developed the web based reporting application using J2EE struts,
SQLServer 2005 technologies. Tri-Force successfully migrated the
SQL Server 2005 database to Oracle 10g and allowed the company
to offer support for Oracle 10g environment to the prospective
clients.

Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc has received a GSA Schedule contract award GS-35F-0021U as a result of solicitation FCIS-JC-980001-B for SIN 132-50 & 132-51.
Seaport eContract:
Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc has received a prime contract award as a result of the Seaport e Rolling Admissions solicitation N00178-07-R-4000.
Delaware:
Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc has been certified as MBE of State of Delaware.
New Jersey:
Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc has been certified as MBE of State of New Jersey.
Philadelphia 100:
Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. is a second year in a row winner for the 2007 top 100 fastest-growing, privately-held businesses in the Philadelphia. Tri-Force was ranked 22nd among Philadelphia 100 companies in 2006.
Business Plan:
Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc has participated in 7th Minority Business Plan competition conducted by The Enterprise Center and selected for Final round of competition.
JUDE UML Tool:
Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. has partnered with Change-Vision to provide JUDE (Java and UML Developers' Environment) in US market.
