Quality Assurance
TRI-FORCE has an adequate Quality Management Systems in place. Our plan describes the quality control measures to audit and inspect each of the operational areas as outlined in the contract, the criteria for identifying problematic areas before service becomes unacceptable, and the methods to be used for keeping accurate records and tracking action items disposition.
Quality assurance reviews are conducted so that all deliverables meet performance requirements identified in the contract, as well as TRI-FORCE’s high standards of excellence. The Project Manager
do random customer visits to ensure acceptable quality levels
are maintained.
Our Contractor Contingency Plan identifies those TRI-FORCE Team personnel who are cross-trained and can replace an absent employee, our Performance Measurement Plan establishes the metrics for monitoring and assessing how well work is performed relative to contract requirements in each functional area, and our Contract Management Plan outlines the administrative processes we follow when distributing and executing work in full compliance with contract terms and conditions. It identifies the automated project management tools to be used for financial tracking, schedule monitoring, and resource allocation.
