• Instructor uses software from our servers and that is broadcasted to all the trainees PCs through web-conferencing software

Individual Mentoring and small class size
One of the advantages our training programs our class sizes are small.  Some times just 2 to 3 people.  This is possible because our costs are low so that we do not need to wait for a large group to hold the training like our 'classroom-training' competitors.  We've classes going all the time with multiple trainers being available on the same subject.


Super Quality instructors
Our trainers are expert in their subject and currently working with the technologies in the industry.  We do not rely on full time professional trainers as our belief is instructors need to be involved in the job with the technology they teach to fully appreciate how they are used in the real world by companies.   Not relying on full time instructors also keeps our costs low and we can pass the savings to the students. 


Learn at your own pace
Learn at your own pace.  Not boot camp style, 8hrs each day, 5 days continuous approach may not be suitable for every one.  People may not so much free time continuously.  Another factor, within a short period so much information may not be easy to handle in case it is a new subject.  Almost all our courses are spaced out slowly to allow students enough time to assimilate information and practice. 

We either have 2 hrs in evening for 2 to 4 times a week in the evening.  Each training takes typically 2-4 weeks to get completed.  This allows enough time for lab practice between sessions.  From our experience, results showed that students have much better grasp of the subject at the end of the duration of the training.
